The focus is developing you to be able to lead yourself before being able to manage and lead a team or business
A Pathway to Leadership Through Capacity Building
The modern workplace environment has undergone significant changes in recent years. Organisations are facing increased competition, rapid technological advancements, and evolving consumer preferences, among other challenges. As a result, traditional leadership and management training structures are no longer effective in meeting the demands of your business landscape.

In response, Paratus Training and The Resilience Shield have developed the Leadership Development Pathway which is a more modular and flexible approach to leadership and management training providing a pathway that develops capacity within leaders in a flexible structure that adheres to nationally accredited qualifications.

This fresh approach leadership emphasises adaptability, innovation, and collaboration, rather than rigid adherence to established processes and protocols. Whilst providing understanding of how to manage their own personal and team mental wellbeing and resilience through our collaboration with The Resilience Shield.

The Leadership Development Pathway is designed to build the skills, knowledge and capacity of future leaders within an organisation. By breaking down the units of competency into skill sets we are able to focus training as the learner develops; not the other way around.
This approach allows for more manageable amounts of learning, allowing for the focus on specific skill and knowledge areas.
