Julia holds a Master of Economics and Management and brings extensive experience across a wide range of industries here in Australia and Europe.

Her experiences include:

Implemented $80M leasing portfolio for the one of the largest oil & gas companies operating in Eastern Europe

Led the retail expansion for one of Eastern Europe’s fastest growing shoe manufacturers, including implementation of a multi-national inventory management system.

Responsible for internal audit activities of a variety of commercial assets for a $1.2B (USD) investment portfolio across Europe (e.g. airports, shopping centres, hotels).

Helped establish a family General Medical Practice in Western Australia to support sustainable growth for the principals including the initial registration with AHPRA and managing day-today operations and staff.

At Paratus Training, Julia works closely with the directors to determine annual goals of the business in consultation with principals, prepare budgets and plans accordingly and provide regular reports on business performance in relation to goals. Julia implements and manages the business risk management plan and facilitates effective corporate and governance approaches.

She also conducts the administration of payroll to ensure both employee, contractor and employer interests are protected, tax/superannuation obligations are met, and records are maintained. Julia maintains the control of debtors, creditors and the general ledger to ensure maximum profitability and cash flow and compliance with all taxation, record keeping and other statutory requirements. She prepares the financial reports and taxation records and liaises with our external accountant. Julia maintains ongoing monitoring of the financial viability of the business for sustainability and compliance.
